Burger King Launches New $5 Breakfast Combos
Burger King is introducing a fresh value deal in response to the recent higher prices that fast-food chains have experienced. The Whopper place now has a total of three options for breakfast bundles at $5 but this price can be different depending on the location.
To access these deals, one must subscribe to Royal Perks as customers. They can then register for these packages through Burger King app or website during normal breakfast hours up until 7th April.
The Awesome A.M.Bundles come with four biscuit choices including: sausage egg and cheese; bacon egg and cheese; ham egg and cheese or even an egg and cheese.
This package also includes a bottle of Simply Orange Juice.
For croissan’wich lovers, there’s the Morning Grindset Bundle which comes with either Double Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissan’wich or Bacon, Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan’wich plus large hot coffee.
Lastly, is Best of BK Bundle which features a selection of Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan’wich; Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissan’wich; Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissan’wich or simply an Egg & Cheese Croissan’wich.
Customers are also given three pieces of French toast sticks together with a small order of hash browns.
Such meal deals aren’t only found at Burger King though. McDonald’s CFO Ian Borden recently made known his intention to promote meal bundles actively from next year since 90% of McDonald’s stores sell bundles during breakfast or daytimes and priced below $4 per sandwich.
Apart from breakfast bundles, Burger King has added two new items on its menu: Fiery Buffalo Royal Crispy Wrap and Fiery Nuggets.
The wrap consists crispy white meat chicken breast in spicy buffalo glaze topped with creamy buffalo sauce while the nuggets are white meat chicken that bites spiced in hot buffalo glaze.
Another ice cream sundae was introduced by Burger King in collaboration with DreamWorks Animation and Universal Pictures to mark the release of Kung Fu Panda 4.
It is called Po’s Panda Sundae which includes vanilla soft serve, chocolate syrup, and Oreo cookie pieces for a limited time only.
Burger King has to constantly attract customers while keeping prices affordable, which is why companies like McDonald’s are always under pressure in order not to lose their clients as well.
With that said, Burger King has rolled out a new value deal aimed at providing budget-friendly breakfast choices.
This seems wise given the heightened concerns about food price increases as an outcome of economic difficulty experienced by many consumers.
The introduction of breakfast bundles on the other hand shows a shift toward bundled meal deals in the industry which have gained popularity among value seeking consumers.
By doing so, Burger King targets cost-conscious buyers who want something filling for breakfast.
These breakfast bundles offer consumers an easy and cheap way to eat in any of the outlet locations they find themselves. They appeal to different preferences due to the menu items available such as biscuits/croissants/or both. Also, including drinks like coffee or orange juice adds more value to them.
As for other new menu items like Fiery Buffalo Royal Crispy Wrap & Fiery Nuggets; these are usually meant for people who prefer savory cuisine instead of sweet dishes.
If one is looking for spicy flavored options then these would be suitable though some may argue that they do not suit all tastes.
Generally, the efforts of Burger King to introduce value deals and new menu items can be praised for reflecting their determination in remaining relevant in a competitive market. However, customers need to take into account the nutritional content of these menu items so that they can make informed decisions on what they eat.
In summary, although the new products from Burger King may offer customers good bargains and a broader range of options, it remains crucial to ensure that indulgence is balanced with proper nutrition in one’s eating plan.
As is the case with any fast-food choice, temperance is important and individuals should always put their health first even as they enjoy such convenient meals.
